executive director

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Liberty University and a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Carson-Newman University. Morgan also completed the Executive Nonprofit Management Certification at Duke University. It is her personal mission to use business as a catalyst for social and economic change in vulnerable communities around the world. She has worked alongside Haitians for 10+ years and is passionate about empowering local leaders through education and business training.

Abby co-founded Kindred Exchange in 2020, alongside Lauren Pinkston. She graduated from Lipscomb University, where she studied Missional Entrepreneurship. Abby has always had a heart for travel and connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures. Abby and her husband, Carson, are the founders of Littlefield Creative, a media marketing agency for nonprofits and small businesses. She is passionate about creative storytelling and loves the visual marketing side of running an organization.

Ashley holds a bachelor's degree sociology from Miami University of Ohio. As a Ugandan-American, she provides a unique perspective for cross-cultural relationship building and serves as a bridge between the various cultural contexts in which Seed programs and partners. Ashley is passionate about learning the differences, but also the similarities, of cultures around the world. She lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband Nicholas, but they are always passport-ready and eager to connect with international friends and family.

caribbean programs director

Belo is a gifted teacher and is very business-minded. He is originally from Haiti, but currently lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife, Flore. Belo oversees all Caribeean partnerships and trainings local to Knoxville. He loves people and has a passion for mental health and counseling. Belo also loves soccer and has recently started his own soccer consulting company called Foot Autrement. When he isn't working for Seed International, you might find him serving coffee at Seed Coffee Co!

Sam is a natural entrepreneur with a passion for creating income-generating opportunities in his community. In 2018, he founded Raise a Chick Africa (RACA), a chicken egg hatchery business that has grown into a platform for raising healthy chicks and empowering others to start their own ventures. Through village trainings and generous donations of chicks, Sam has helped countless individuals kickstart their own businesses. After graduating from our small business training, Sam has taken on a new role with our team, where he oversees partnerships and facilitates our trainings in Uganda.

Tom is driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for making a difference in his community. Tom's journey began at Rochester College, where he discovered his love for business. After graduating in 2012, Tom moved back to Jinja and began working with Kibo Group, where he works full-time for their WASH program. Since 2022, Tom has helped facilitate our small business trainings in Uganda. Tom has a passion for business as mission and seeing the Global Church uplift and support one another. He is also a proud husband to Irene and father to his three children: Rebecca, Caleb, and Silas.

cross-cultural facilitator

Aaron spent 12 years working for an organization in East Asia, seven of which were located in country serving among the academic community as a professor in foreign language and culture. He has a Master’s in Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College and a PhD in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, where his dissertation focused on contextualized evangelism strategy. He is also currently a Professor of Ministry at Ozark Christian College. Aaron lives in Joplin, Missouri with his wife, Danielle, and four children. He is passionate about working alongside our partners to help them better understand and build meaningful relationships cross-culturally.

Beverly has a business degree from Tennessee Wesleyan University, where she later taught accounting and business classes. She is passionate about equipping people with business knowledge for the purpose of Kingdom impact. As a lifelong learner and creative problem solver, Beverly has started and operated businesses across diverse industries, including construction, accounting, waste management, mobile homes, and yacht charters. She also has extensive experience in small business coaching, helping others maximize their God-given talents. For Beverly, people always come before projects. Whether traveling, mentoring, or supporting others, she is driven by a love for God and a deep commitment to people.
